The History or Story Behind The Site
Why did we create this page? Ya know, besides the "We're crazy, don't mind us" reason?

Because we both remember how organized our fellow Smithsonians got back in 1999 for the Orlando, FL con, Memorial Day weekend; and wanted to recapture some of that magic.

We're Smithsonians... if that doesn't explain it, what the frell are you doing here?
